We are leaders in the genetics programs that are rapidly changing our industry. Along with Ronnie Roach (Rafter 7 R) we were able to successfully clone one of the top Plummer cows, Kung Fu. She was the dam to Rooster, Panhandle Slim, and Automatic.
Our clone, Kung Fooie RK 0, is doing fine and now has a bull calf, sired by RK 69 Woodpecker.
Rice Ranch is dedicated to providing quality bucking stock to all aspects of our growing sport. Our cows and heifers can enhance any breeding program, and we have semen and embryos for sale at all times.
We have bulls that are competing at high school rodeos and through all levels of the PRCA and PBR.
Our History and Bloodlines go back more than 40 years. cows and calves are ABBI registered, and all of our bulls can be registered.
The use of Artificial Insemination (AI), and Embryo Transfer (ET) is an integral part of our program, and has produced bulls such as Super Duty (aka Best Shot 88), and Grizz’s Ghost. The latter was the first ET bull to buck at the PBR Finals in 2003.
